Refund Policy

Web Development

Due to nature of our business we do not offer any refund or money back for web development services. Given that we offer a digital product, our time and labor not recoverable after the service is rendered. It is for this reason that we cannot entertain any refund or money back request or development services.

Web Hosting

The refund applies to the monthly fees of your hosting package. You can make monthly or yearly payments. We will not refund the previous months fees, only the current month hosting fees will be refunded in full. The refund only applies if the service was not rendered up to standards, there was interruption in service or some other problem from our side. The fee will not be refunded if you cancel your hosting account for any personal reason.

Search Engine Optimization Package

We are a performance based firm and will return 100% of your payment if we cannot reach the performance metrics agreed to at the start of the contract by the deadline. All of our packages require that final performance is measured at the 8 month mark. This is due to the fact that we provide quality search engine optimization that has a lasting impact on the your site. Other firms may promise high rankings in earlier timelines but this is because they use "blackhat" techniques which result in a drop in rankings or even being banned from the search engines. Our requires before a refund request are:

1. Client must thoroughly read terms of contract to understand deliverables and timeline
2. Cleint must have ranking reports from before optimization took place and after 8 months of the start of optimization; reports must clearly show that ranking improvement was not made
3. Client must have consulted with Kaiso to confirm that this was a performance issue
4. Client must have followed all on-site optimization directions from Kaiso over the contract period
5. Client must not have entered into any other search engine optimization techniques or contracts with other firms as this could have adverse affects on ranking

To receive a refund, check if all the above conditions have been met and then please go to the steps:

2. Include your full name, order number, email address and date of purchase.
3. Zip-archive and attach your Rank Tracker project file that contains:
* info on your rankings when first measured;
* weekly (or more frequently) collected info on rankings during the year since the first measurement.
We must see your project to make sure you qualify for refund.
4. Submit this ticket to our support service.

Refund requests will be valid starting from day 241 (inclusive) after the date of bundle purchase. No refunds will be granted before this time.

* If you opt for one time service fee then also the payment is not refundable because once we'll deliver the product / service we don't have any control to get back it.
